祥益地產 - 龍超君經理近日宣布，屯門茵翠豪庭的一個洋房分層單位連千平方呎花園的成交案例，原業主於2005年以約$327.3萬購入該單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約$470.7萬。

龍氏說明，該成交單位實用面積830平方呎，配有超過千平方呎的花園，非常適合愛好戶外活動的家庭。最近，一名原本就居住於同屋苑的租客對此單位產生了濃厚興趣。該買家被單位的寬敞花園和高雅裝修所吸引，加之原業主為促成交易進行了累積減價$72萬，使得最終成交價格為$798萬。考慮到已熟悉的社區環境和便利的搬遷條件，買家決定從租賃轉為購買，計算下來，平均每平方呎價格為$9614。
