屯門聚康山莊獲區內客預繳半年租金承租月租$1.26萬

祥益地產高級分行經理古文彬表示，成交單位為屯門聚康山莊5座高層H室，實用面積428平方呎，2房。租客為區內客，考慮到單位位於高層，方向佳，窗戶亦座擁開揚景觀，而且單位內附雅裝連部分傢俱，決定租入。業主考慮到租客願意預繳半年租金，故減租$400至月租$1.26萬，實用面積平均呎租$29.4。

古氏續稱，如以同類型單位的銀行估值約$491萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.1厘。
