祥益地產-黃文樂經理表示,成交單位為屯門盈豐園1座低層A室,實用面積390平方呎,2房。租客為區內客,主要鍾情屋苑鄰近上班地點,方便往返,而且單位內附大部分傢電,業主更有$500的議價空間,租客遂便決定以$9,500「即睇即租」,實用面積平均呎租為$24.4。

黃氏續稱,如以同類型單位銀行估價約$324萬作計算,該單位的租金回報率高達3.5厘。
