屯門珀御中層1房$1.25萬「即睇即租」

祥益地產-黃文樂經理表示，日前該分行促成屯門珀御中層F室，實用面積342平方呎，1房。租客為區內客，主要鍾情屋苑屬區內較新物業，附有會所設施，而且單位內籠新淨，業主亦有$500的議價空間，租客有感租金符合預算，遂便決定以$1.25萬「即睇即租」，實用面積平均呎租$36.5。

黃氏續稱，如以同類型單位銀行估價約$355萬作計算，該單位的租金回報高達4.2厘。
