屯門海麗花園2座中層2房戶買家一筆過以$352萬購入

益地產 - 黃文樂經理表示，日前屯門海麗花園錄得一宗區內客的買賣成交個案，原業主於2010年以約$152.5萬購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約$199.5萬。

上述所錄成交單位為2座中層G室，實用面積412呎，兩房兩廳，日前獲區內客垂青。據了解，新買家有意於父親節買樓贈予爸爸，因此正日就帶同父親一起視察多個樓盤，表示鍾情田景區配套應有盡有，而且上述單位企理，收樓後即可入住，加上原業主增加議幅，累積減價$13萬，新買家有感樓價符合預算，遂便決定一筆過以$352萬購入上址作父親節禮物給爸爸自住，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$8,544，屬市場價成交。
