屯門景新臺2座低層2房戶居二市場價$320萬成交

祥益地產 - 黃慶德董事表示，屯門景新臺日前錄得一宗區內首置客的買賣成交個案，原業主於2023年以約$330萬（居二市場價）購入單位，持貨約兩年多，是次轉手帳面扣除雜費等開支後料為平手離場。

黃慶德董事稱，上述成交單位為2座低層C室，實用面積476呎，兩房一廳，日前獲區內首置客垂青。該買家為年輕一代並擁白居二資格，鍾情屋苑樓齡較新及設有私人會所等多元化設備，加上原業主打算換樓，決定減價$15萬，新買家有感屋苑環境舒適且配套完善，遂以$320萬（居二市場價）購入上址自住。以實用面積計算，平均呎價為$6723，屬市場價成交。
