屯門景峰花園3座中層2房戶區內客即睇即買成交價$250萬

祥益地產高級分行經理表示，日前屯門景峰花園錄得一宗區內客「即睇即買」的成交個案，原業主於1996年以約$103萬（自由市場價）購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利高達$147萬。

成交單位為3座中層C室，實用面積409平方呎，兩房一廳，日前獲區內客垂青。新買家目標清晰，集中尋找$250萬左右的兩房單位，表明不介意低層戶或屋苑質素，希望單位面積較大。前後睇了十多個樓盤便成功物色心水單位。此外，單位於8月上旬以$300萬放盤，原業主隨著市況調整售價，由於價錢貼市，新買家一看即愛上，主要心儀單位價錢符合預算，加上見樓價已大幅回落，認為現時是置業的好時機，遂便決定「即睇即買」，以$250萬（自由市場價）購入上址作自住之用，以實用面積計算平均呎價為$6112。
