屯門帝濤灣3房套累減$62萬至$688萬連車位成交

世紀21天生-鄭少坤董事表示，該行新近促成屯門帝濤灣座低層A室，實用面積1,187平方呎，建築面積1,480平方呎，採3房連套房連儲物室間隔，座向西南望園景，物業原叫價$750萬，獲用家洽購，累減$62萬，減幅8.2%，以$688萬連車位成交，實用面積平均呎價$5,796。

鄭少坤續指，原業主於2002年8月以$344萬購入上述單位及車位，持貨23年至今轉售，賬面獲利$344萬，單位期內升值1倍。
