祥益地產 - 黃慶德董事表示，日前促成一宗屯門富健花園7座高層K室的租賃成交，單位實用面積431呎，屬2房1廳間隔，經議價後以月租$1.05萬租出，實用呎租約$24.4。以估值約$379萬計算，租金回報率約3.3厘。

黃氏指，是次租客為區外客，因親人居於碼頭區，故選擇居於鄰近屋苑以方便照應。單位內附企理裝修，加上業主願意減租$1,500，租客覺得租金合理，遂即睇即租承接單位。
