屯門富健花園2房$1.2萬租出業主享租金回報率高達3.9厘

祥益地產-黃慶德董事表示，成交單位為屯門富健花園10座中層K室，實用面積431平方呎，2房。據悉，租客為國內專才，鍾情單位內籠企理寬敞以及附全屋傢電可供使用，不用大量添置即可入住，加上租客為機組人員，屋苑有巴士直達機場亦是其租入的主要因素，而且業主願意減租$800，租客遂便決定以月租$1.2萬租入，實用面積平均呎租為$27.8。

黃氏續稱，如以同類型單位銀行估值約$366萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.9厘。
