祥益地產-盤嘉茵董事表示,成交單位為屯門大興花園2期5座高層D室,實用面積464平方呎,2房。據了解,租客為同屋苑客,有意轉租面積較大的單位,考慮到熟悉區內環境,毋須重新適應。而且單位內籠企理四正,業主更有$500的議價空間,單位最終以$1.3萬獲承租,實用面積平均呎租$28。

盤氏續稱,如以同類型單位銀行估值$430萬作計算,該單位的租金回報率高達3.6厘。
