祥益地產 - 黃慶德董事表示，該分行最近成功促成屯門嘉悅半島的一宗租賃成交。1座高層H室單位，實用面積436平方呎，配置為兩房一廳，裝修雅致。租客為區內居民，由於原租所無法續租，且熟悉該區環境及考慮到搬遷的方便性，因此決定在同區尋找新住所。該單位以每月$12,000出租，實用面積呎價為$27.5。

黃氏進一步解釋，如果按照同類型單位的銀行估價約$4.46萬計算，該單位的租金回報率高達3.2厘。此成交不僅反映了區內租賃市場的活躍，也顯示該單位因其合理的租金和優質的裝修而受到租客的青睞。
