祥益地產 - 陳阿麗經理表示，屯門碼頭區一帶交通方便，除擁有多條巴士及輕鐵綫外，海濱長廊亦為附近居民帶來恬靜的居住環境。日前分行促成一宗啟豐園租賃成交個案，單位租金回報率高達3.3厘。

陳阿麗經理指出，上述成交單位為啟豐園4座中層E室，實用面積326呎，屬2房1廳間隔。日前獲區內客垂青，租客表示熟悉區內環境，且有親友居於附近，方便照應，加上業主提供$1000的議價空間，租客遂決定以$1萬租入，折合實用呎租約$30.7。

陳阿麗經理續稱，若以同類型單位銀行估價約$368萬計算，該單位租金回報率高達3.3厘。
