祥益地產-黃慶德董事表示,租出單位為屯門南浪海灣1座中層F室,實用面積540平方呎,2房。租客為區內租客,打算轉租呎數較大的單位與父母同住,心儀上述屋苑鄰近原住所,方便搬遷及熟悉區內環境,而且單位附企理裝修,以及廳房可望開揚避風塘海景,租客遂便決定以月租$1.48萬承租上址,實用面積平均呎租$27.4。

黃氏續稱,如以同類型單位銀行估值約$563萬作計算,該單位的租金回報率高達3.2厘。
