屯門利寶大廈以月租$8,400租出實用呎租$35.9

祥益地產執行董事盤嘉茵表示，日前促成一宗屯門利寶大廈低層D室租賃成交，實用面積234平方呎，日前獲內地專才租入。該租客鍾情單位附設企理裝修連傢電，可即租即住，加上屋苑鄰近工作地點，同時毗鄰市中心，生活配套完善，上述租客遂便決定以月租$8,400承租單位6個月，實用面積平均呎租為$35.9。

盤氏續稱，如以現時同類型單位的銀行估值價約$246萬作計算，該單位的租金回報率高達4.1厘。
