祥益地產-盤嘉茵董事表示,成交單位為屯門兆山苑B座低層1室,實用面積546平方呎,2房。據了解,上述單位由區內客承租,表示想轉換居住環境決定搬遷,鍾情單位內籠寬敞及企理,租金亦符合預算,遂便以月租$1.1萬承租單位,實用面積平均呎租$20.1。

盤氏續稱,如以同類型單位銀行估價約$363萬(自由市場價)作計算,該單位的租金回報率高達3.6厘。
