屯門倚嶺南庭中層2房戶$473萬成交累減達$27萬

祥益地產 - 龍超君經理表示，日前屯門倚嶺南庭錄得一宗區內客的買賣成交個案，原業主於2011年以約$270萬購入單位，是次轉手帳面獲利約$203萬。

龍超君經理稱，上述成交單位為中層J室，實用面積573呎，兩房兩廳，日前獲區內客垂青。新買家原本租住單位，考慮到租金持續上升，而樓價仍屬低水，故決定自置居所。主要心儀屋苑鄰近工作地點，可節省通勤時間，加上物業屬單棟式，盤源一向不多，而且原業主增加議幅，累積減價達$27萬，買家有感單位合乎要求，遂決定以$473萬購入自住，以實用面積計算呎價為$8255。
