將軍澳藍塘傲單號洋房最近錄得一宗二手成交。美聯物業高級分區營業經理林浩表示，成交單位實用面積約2,230平方呎，3房3套連工人房，另有524平方呎花園及673平方呎天台。原開價5,000萬元，放盤5個月，最終以4,750萬元連車位售出，實用呎價21,300元。

該單位外望海濱公園及廣闊海景，曾作為裝修示範單位，全屋配備精緻家具及裝修，成功吸引外區買家，僅睇樓一次後即決定購入。

原業主於2019年5月以5,600萬元購入此洋房，是次轉手蝕約850萬元，蒸發15%。
