世紀21物業-魏仕良經理表示，最新成交為將軍澳翠林邨雅林樓高層9室，實用面積381平方呎，2房開則單位望開揚市景，剛上月底以$145.5萬（居二市場）沽出，較業主於去年二月叫價$180萬，累減$34.5萬成交，實用面積平均呎價為$3,819。

魏仕良續指，原業主於2020年以約$65.4萬(未補地價)購入物業至今，持貨僅5年帳面獲利$80.1萬，期間逆市大幅升值1.2倍。
