世紀21物業(將軍澳) - 魏仕良經理表示，最新錄得二手居屋自由市場成交，單位為將軍澳景明苑A座中層3室，實用面積401平方呎，屬2房間隔，向東南望市景，為新裝修單位。據悉，業主上月以$330萬放盤，最終獲同區買家以$312.8萬承接，一口減價$17.2萬，減幅約5.2%，實用呎價$7,800。

資料顯示，原業主於2015年6月以連補地價$345萬購入單位，持貨近10年至今沽售，帳面蝕讓$32.2萬，單位貶值約9%。
