世紀21物業(將軍澳)分行經理魏仕良表示，一名區外綠表買家近日成功以$453萬購入將軍澳廣明苑廣盈閣（E座）中層16室，單位實用面積646平方呎，屬3房大廳間隔，設簡單裝修，向西南望內園景。單位最初於去年3月放盤，叫價$530萬，累減$77萬，減幅約14%。成交呎價約$7,012。

魏氏補充，原業主於1998年5月以$119.8萬（未補地價）購入物業，持貨約27年，是次轉售帳面獲利$333.2萬，單位期內升值約2.8倍。
