美聯物業-林健偉經理表示，成交單位為將軍澳君傲灣1座低層B室，實用面積約668平方呎，屬3房間隔，座向西北。據悉，單位放盤約1年，近期獲區內換樓客洽詢。買家心儀單位景觀開揚，間隔方正加上價格相宜，故稍為議價約$5萬後，隨即決定以$795萬承接單位，實用面積平均呎價約$11,901。

參考成交資料，原業主於2005年7月以約$345.5萬購入上述物業，持貨約20年，是次轉手帳面大賺約$449.5萬，或約130%。
