二手樓市氣氛回穩，短炒獲利個案續現。薄扶林寶翠園一伙3房戶最新以2,538萬元易手，略高於銀行估價，原業主持貨短短8個月，賬賺238萬元離場。

據悉，原業主今年3月以2,300萬元購入，持貨8個月易手，賬面獲利238萬元離場，單位期內升值逾1成。
