祥益地產 - 林家倫經理表示，天水圍11月成交活躍，私樓買賣錄得逾百宗成交，居二買賣則錄得逾60宗。早前分行錄得一宗天頌苑的居二市場成交個案，該屋苑鄰近市中心及天水圍中央公園，環境舒適。原業主於2000年以約$53.1萬 (居二市場價) 購入，轉手帳面升值逾4倍。

林家倫經理稱，上述所錄成交單位為M座高層6室，實用面積426平方呎。新買家為區外白居二，主要鍾情屋苑鄰近家人居所，方便照應，而且有感周邊配套不俗，加上業主有$4萬議價空間，經過議價後，新買家最終以$286萬 (居二市場價) 購入上址，以實用面積計算呎價為$6714，屬市場價成交。
