大埔雲滙3房套議價後以$1,026萬沽出期內貶值約26.5%

中原地產-梁榮貴經理表示，日前促成大埔雲滙1座中層A5室，單位實用面積714平方呎，3房連套房間隔，開價約$1,090萬，議價後以$1,026萬沽出，實用面積平均呎價約$14,370。

中原梁榮貴表示，新買家為外區客，本居於九龍區，見屋苑環境舒適，價錢合理，決定購入單位自住，並將原有單位收租，料可享可觀租金回報。據了解，原業主於2019年以$1,395萬購入單位，持貨6年，是次轉手賬面蝕約$369萬離場，期內貶值約26.5%。
