中原地產 - 周偉航經理表示，一手市場帶動下，近期整體交投暢旺。大圍柏傲莊最新錄得一期2A座中層A室成交，單位實用面積835平方呎，3房連套房及儲物房間隔，議價後以$2,038萬承接，實用面積平均呎價為$24,407。

據了解，新買家為外區客，原本有意透過抽籤購買發展商現樓貨尾，惟未能中籤，遂回流二手市場尋盤。見該單位質素高、放盤罕有且價錢合理，遂即拍板購入作自住用途。原業主於2021年以約$1,990萬購入，持貨約4年，是次易手帳面獲利約$48萬，單位期內升值約2.4%。
