半山21 BORRETT ROAD 4房戶1.48億成交呎價6.7萬破今年港島分層紀錄

由長實發現，位於半山波老道的豪宅項目21 BORRETT ROAD，已屆現樓，最新一宗透過招標售出的單位為10樓3號室，以1.48億元成交，該單位實用面積2,193平方呎，4房雙套房加儲物室，連一個車位。

根據成交紀錄，買方需在90天內完成交易，並獲贈家具等。單位成交呎價達到67,487元，刷新了今年港島區標準分層住宅的最高呎價記錄。

長實營業經理陳詠慈表示，是次成交顯示有不少資金流入豪宅市場，需求持續增長，並且看好市場氣氛。
