世紀21Q動力港島豪宅西半山一分行聯席董事李栩珊表示，該行新近錄得半山區駿豪閣成交，單位為高層H室，實用面積802平方呎，屬3房(1套) 2廳間隔，望開揚少海景，成功以$1,875萬沽出，實用面積呎價$23,379。

據了解，原業主於2001年12月購入上述單位，當時作價$495萬，持貨21年多至今沽售，賬面獲利$1,380萬，單位期內升值約2.8倍。
