北角富雅花園高層2房成交價$484.5萬

世紀21日昇-蔡嘉駿董事表示，最新成交是位近於北角丹拿道繼園台富雅花園，物業5座(金桂閣)高層D室，單位實用面積約421平方呎，單位屬2房間隔單位，向東北面眺望樓景為主，成交價$484.5萬，實用面積平均呎價約$11,508，單位原先叫價為$568萬，最終減價$83.5萬成交，減幅達14.7%。

蔡嘉駿補充，據悉單位原業主於2013年1月購入上址單位，當時售價為$440萬，目前以$484.5萬售出單位，業主持貨12年賬面僅升僅$44.5萬，期間樓價升幅僅10%。
