美聯物業 - 謝國安經理表示，該行剛促成慧雅閣一個C座中高層1室租盤成交，單位實用面積約1,734平方呎，獲家庭豪宅租客以月租$7.3萬成交，實用呎租約$42，並連一個車位。

謝國安指出，慧雅閣坐落北角半山的豪宅地段，而且環境清靜，故獲不少豪宅客垂青。上述單位為四房連套房間隔，單位寬敞實用，獲家庭客青睞，最終拍板以月租$7.3萬連車位承接，為區內本月大額租務成交之一。
