樓市見底回升，二手市場短炒獲利個案陸續增加。過去周末元朗連錄15宗二手成交，包括入伙不久的朗天峰及滙都，分別獲利17%及12%。

另一宗為洪水橋滙都，為1座頂層兩房連天台戶，實用399方呎，以530萬元沽出，實呎13,283元。原業主去年4月斥471.5萬元一手購入，持貨約9個月，轉手面獲利58.5萬元或約12%。
