元朗市中心原築1座低層2房戶$415萬獲承接

美聯物業新界西北豪宅 - 元朗公園南路分行高級分區營業經理徐君寶表示，有見樓市交投漸增，部分準買家加快入市，該行最新促成元朗市中心原築449實呎戶$415萬易手，原業主2018年一手買入，帳面獲利$244.5萬。

徐君寶表示，成交單位為元朗市中心原築1座低層D室，實用面積449方呎，採2房連儲物室間隔。據悉，單位早前以$430萬放售，而買家為租客，有見開價合理，故議價$15萬後以$415萬承接，實用呎價約$9,242。

資料顯示，原業主2008年以$170.5萬購入單位，持貨16年，帳面獲利244.5萬。
