傳衙前圍村免補地價長實：不能回應

由長實與市建局共同發展的黃大仙衙前圍村重建項目，於6月完成換地手續，預計提供約750伙，其補地價金額備受市場關注。昨有市場消息指，項目以象徵式1,000元地價進行批地，長實無需支付補地價。

「與市區重建局訂立了保密條款」

長實昨回應傳媒查詢時表示：「我們與市區重建局訂立了保密條款。除非市區重建局同意，否則我們不能就有關事項作出回應。」

資料顯示，衙前圍村重建項目佔地約6.47萬方呎，位於黃大仙東光道與東隆道交界，鄰近啟德河。市建局在2007年啟動重建計劃時，長實持有該範圍逾七成業權，該局於2008年與長實簽訂合作協議，推行重建計劃。
