何猷龍4.37億沽香島道自住獨立屋持貨14年升幅不足1%

超級豪宅有價有市，深水灣香島道37號C屋近期以約4.37億元沽出，原業主為新濠國際主席何猷龍，持貨14年僅賬面平手離場。據了解，新買家料具內地背景，購入自住。

賣樓好過賣麵？「大家食」呂茂正家族連沽兩伙現崇山套現2,560萬賺88.4萬賣2.53萬碗麵先搵到！

上述單位為深水灣香島道37號C屋，面積約4,257平方呎，以約4.37億元沽出，成交呎價約10.2萬元。何猷龍於2011年以4.35億元購入自用，持貨14年沽出，僅獲利約180萬元，升幅不足1%。

香島道37號由莊士國際發展，共有4幢洋房，2009年入伙，集團於2010至2011年出售其中3幢，包括B屋於2011年以4.4億元售予環球信貸（01669）主席王瑤，當時呎價亦曾創下亞洲新紀錄。本年中莊士以5.38億元沽出A號屋，物業實用面積5,277平方呎，呎價達10萬元。
