上環名物「球哥燉湯」不敵加租20%結業小店曾因一事於網絡爆紅

開業12年的上環地標「球哥燉湯」因被業主加租，已於四月底結業。財經專欄作家「中環十一少」最近於Threads分享了一幅照片，是「球哥燉湯」張貼在店鋪門外的結業告示，內容如下：「因業主加現舖租金約加20%本店未能負擔業主結予的優惠租金，決定經營到2025年4月29日黃昏！江湖見！」

同時，地產代理已在社交平台上為該舖位進行招租。該舖位於上環蘇杭街88號地下，面積約1,000平方呎，月租9.8萬元，呎租約98元，代理亦提到該舖「有牌、有裝修、可以馬上營業」。

「球哥燉湯」自2013年開業以來，深受附近居民及上班族歡迎。店主「球哥」更因名字與兩年前轟動全港的「蔡天鳳案」主角前家翁「撞名」而聲名大噪，其店出售的「青紅蘿蔔粟米豬骨湯」，更成為網絡熱話。
