荃灣綠楊新邨5月份暫錄得9宗成交，比4月全月的6宗大增。在最近的成交中，出現了一個「一客兩食」的個案，一對「廿四孝」父母共斥資1,342萬元，為兩個子女各購入1伙3房單位。

美聯物業分行營業經理鍾志宇表示，該2伙3房單位的成交價分別為672萬元和670萬元，均創下今年該屋苑3房單位的新高。其中一伙為J座高層4室，實用面積582平方呎，最初開價680萬元，最終以672萬元成交，減價8萬元，呎價11,546元。原業主在早年以48.4萬元購入，是次轉手帳面獲利達623.6萬元。
