The Tuen Mun residential project Ocean Camino announced on June 12 a major price adjustment for 27 leftover units from Phases 1 and 2. Prices for some units have been slashed by over 60%, with sales resuming next week.
According to updated price lists, nine price schedules were revised to include discounts for 27 units, covering one- and two-bedroom layouts. The price reductions range from 47% to as much as 60.8%. The largest price cut was for Unit F on the 19th floor of Block 5A, a one-bedroom unit with a usable area of 305 square feet. Originally priced at HK$7.432 million in March 2024, the unit’s price has been reduced to HK$2.933 million, marking a drop of HK$4.499 million, or 60.5%.
Previously, the original price list offered discounts of up to 19%. These discounts have now been removed in the latest price list. For example, the original discounted price of Unit F was HK$6.019 million. With the new price of HK$2.933 million, the actual price reduction is HK$3.086 million, or 51.3%.
