The Tuen Mun project, Ocean Camino made headlines last week by drastically reducing prices on 27 remaining units. Price cuts ranged from 47% to as much as 60.8%. These units were re-launched for sale today, with 26 units sold by the end of the day, according to transaction records. Prices for the sold units ranged from HK$2.286 million to HK$6.624 million.
Among the transactions, the steepest discount was recorded for Unit F on the 19th floor of Block 5A. This one-bedroom unit, with a usable area of 305 square feet, was originally priced at HK$7.432 million in March 2024. It was sold today for just HK$2.933 million, reflecting a dramatic price cut of HK$4.499 million, or 60.5%.
Previously, the original price list offered up to a 19% discount, but the latest price list has removed all discounts.
The lowest transaction price was recorded for Unit F on the 21st floor of Block 5. This open-plan unit has a usable area of 227 square feet and was sold for HK$2.286 million, with a per-square-foot price of just HK$10,070.
