New World Development (0017) has sold 23 units at State Pavilia in North Point so far this month. Today, another transaction was recorded for Unit A8 on the 25th floor. This unit, with a usable area of 524 square feet and a two-bedroom layout, sold for HK$10.396 million, translating to a price of HK$19,840 per square foot. Only four two-bedroom units remain available for sale in the project’s Signature Zone.
According to the developer, a total of 301 units have been sold since January, including 23 units sold through tender. These sales account for approximately 91% of the project’s sellable units, with an average price per square foot of about HK$22,455. Among the units sold at the listed prices, over 70% of buyers opted for immediate payment, generating nearly HK$3.4 billion in revenue for the developer.
