Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) has announced the addition of 80 more units for Phase 1B of the Sierra Sea residential project. Price for these units start from HK$3.324 million after discounts. Meanwhile, the developer plans to launch 241 additional units for sale this Saturday, including 216 units available through price lists and 25 units offered via tender. The project’s ticket registration will close this Thursday evening.
According to the developer, the latest price list (No. 5) includes 80 units, comprising 4 one-bedroom units, 59 two-bedroom units, and 17 three-bedroom units. After applying discounts of up to 15%, the prices range from HK$3.324 million to HK$11.022 million, with discounted per-square-foot prices ranging from HK$10,102 to HK$13,761. The units include mid- to high-floor apartments, as well as two units sold fully furnished and decorated.
For this Saturday’s sale, 216 units will be available via price lists, with entry prices starting at HK$3.259 million. These units include a mix of one- to three-bedroom layouts, with usable areas ranging from 302 to 807 square feet and discounted prices between HK$3.259 million and HK$11.022 million. The per-square-foot prices range from HK$9,951 to HK$13,761.
The sales process will be divided into two groups, A and B. Buyers in Group AG must purchase a minimum of two units and a maximum of five. Group A3 buyers are required to purchase a three-bedroom unit with a usable area of at least 650 square feet, while Group B buyers can purchase one or two units.
