Over the past weekend (May 31 and June 1), approximately 230 new home transactions were recorded in the market, representing a 25% decline from the 307 deals completed the previous weekend. Among the highlights, the first round of sales for Sha Tin’s Uni Residence saw 60% of the 110 available units sold, including both price-listed and tendered units.
The Uni Residence project, jointly developed by Vanke Hong Kong and Wing Tai Properties, launched its first batch of 110 units last Saturday. Of these, 100 were sold via price listings, while 10 were tendered as special units. According to the developer, 60% of the price-listed units were sold, alongside five tendered units, generating over HK$38 million in revenue.
The priciest unit sold was a top-floor special unit with a private rooftop terrace, located on the 32nd floor (Unit A). This unit, the only four-bedroom option in the project, has a usable area of 636 square feet and comes with an additional 326-square-foot private rooftop. It sold for HK$13.8 million, equating to a price of approximately HK$21,698 per square foot.
