On April 16, Road King Properties (1098) and Shenzhen Investment announced the release of a new price list (List No. 5) for their Tuen Mun residential project, Mori. This batch includes 75 units in Block 1, with a discounted average price of HK$9,080 per square foot. A new 90-day payment plan has been introduced, offering a 19% price reduction. Combined with other offers, buyers can enjoy up to a 36% discount, making this the most significant discount offered so far. The developer also unveiled two fully furnished show flats for viewing.
The newly released 75 units include one- and two-bedroom layouts, with 35 one-bedroom units and 40 two-bedroom units. The original list price for these units ranges from HK$5.082 million to HK$8.393 million, with prices per square foot between HK$12,356 and HK$15,512. After discounts, the actual prices range from HK$3.2525 million to HK$5.3716 million, with prices per square foot between HK$7,908 and HK$9,928.
The cheapest unit is a one-bedroom flat on the first floor (Block 1, Unit K) with a usable area of 385 square feet, priced at HK$3.2525 million after discounts, or HK$8,448 per square foot. The unit with the lowest price per square foot is a two-bedroom flat on the first floor (Block 1, Unit B) with a usable area of 587 square feet, priced at HK$4.642 million after discounts, or HK$7,908 per square foot.
Like
