CK Asset Holdings announced on 28 May the latest updates for its Kai Tak project, Victoria Blossom. According to the developer, the project’s sales brochure and show flats will be unveiled next week, with sales expected to start as early as June. Pricing will be benchmarked against nearby developments with harbour views.
To support the sales campaign, CK Asset is partnering with Centaline Property Agency to establish a flagship store. Louis Chan Wing-kit, Asia Pacific vice chairman of Centaline’s residential division, highlighted that Kai Tak developments remain a favourite among Mandarin-speaking buyers. Based on Centaline’s data, Kai Tak recorded 489 first-hand and second-hand transactions in the first four months of this year, with 242 cases involving buyers with Mandarin pinyin names, accounting for 49% of the total – the highest across Hong Kong.
Victoria Blossom will be developed in three phases, offering a total of 1,005 units. The first phase will include 307 units, while the second will provide 416 units, for a combined total of approximately 723 units across six residential towers. Unit layouts will range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom configurations, with a focus on three-bedroom units.
The project’s strategic location, modern design, and appealing layouts are expected to attract strong buyer interest, particularly from affluent Mandarin-speaking customers.
