潘剛毅表示，成交單位為馬鞍山錦豐苑J座中層5室，實用面積432平方呎，採2房間隔，向東北。據悉單位只放盤一個月，買家為區內首置客，心儀屋苑設有商場且交通便利，故議價後以$358萬承接，實用呎價約$8,287。
