世紀21奇豐物業 - 趙詠欣經理表示，新近錄得馬鞍山迎海‧星灣成交，單位為2座低層H室，實用面積496呎，屬2房2廳連儲物室間隔，座向東北望園景，單位放盤2個月，原叫價$700萬，減$105萬至$595萬獲買家承接，減幅15%，實用面積呎價$11,996。

據了解，原業主於2012年9月以$502萬購入上址，持貨13年至今易手，賬面獲利93萬元，單位期內升值19%。
