世紀21奇豐-黎健峯董事表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山翠擁華庭成交，單位為6座低層A室，實用面積681平方呎，屬3房間隔，座向東南望園景，放盤2日，叫價$680萬，獲買家$660萬承接，減$20萬或減幅2.9%，實用面積平均呎價$9,692。

據了解，原業主於2013年9月購入上述單位，當時作價$574萬，持貨12年至今沽售，賬面獲利$86萬離場，單位期內升值15%
