中原地產馬鞍山迎海御峰分行資深區域營業經理胡耀祖表示，日前促成馬鞍山居屋錦禧苑B座中層06室，單位實用面積401平方呎，建築面積515平方呎，2房間隔，日前議價後以自由場價$338萬易手，實用面積平均呎價$8,429。

中原胡耀祖指，新買家為上車客，見單位間隔合用，價錢合理，即入市單位自用。據了解，原業主於1988年以$23.7萬購入單位，當時單位未補地價。
