馬鞍山中心3房累減$27萬至$723萬獲買家承接

世紀21奇豐-蔡蓓經理表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山中心成交，單位為4座高層D室，實用面積634平方呎，屬3房間隔，座向西北望海景，放盤4個月，原叫價$750萬，累減$27萬至$723萬獲買家承接，減幅3.6%，實用面積平均呎價$11,404。

據了解，原業主早於2002年3月購入上述單位，當時作價$221萬，持貨23年至今沽售，賬面獲利$502萬離場，單位期內升近2.3倍。
