美聯物業青衣 - 青衣港鐵站分行 (3) 高級分區營業經理黃俊傑表示，二手交投回升，連帶綠表市場亦受惠，該行最新錄得葵青家庭客綠表市場斥$380萬購入青衣青泰苑554實呎戶。

黃俊傑表示，成交單位為青衣青泰苑6座高層6室，實用面積554平方呎，間隔四正。據悉，買家為區內分支家庭，心儀青泰苑配套齊全，交通方便，故睇樓不足一週，已迅速議價後於綠表市場以$380萬承接單位，實用呎價約$6,859。

資料顯示，原業主於1987年以$33.56萬買入單位，持貨37年，帳面轉手獲利$346.44萬。
