青衣藍澄灣2座高層3房戶外區租客租轉買以$650萬承接

美聯物業青衣港鐵站分行高級分區營業經理李永康表示，二手交投增多下，吸引部分租客「租轉買」，該行最新錄得外區租客「租轉買」，斥$650萬承接青衣藍澄灣690實呎戶，原業主持貨3年帳面蝕「一球」。

李永康表示，成交單位為青衣藍澄灣2座高層D室，實用面積約690平方呎，屬3房間隔。據悉，放盤最初開價$790萬，及後曾下調叫價，最終獲外區租客「租轉買」，以$650萬承接，實用呎價約$9,420，較最初叫價累減$140萬，或約18%。

資料顯示，原業主2021年以$750萬購入單位。
